All our offers are subject to being sold, subject to prior sale, errors and withdrawals of lots reserved.


  Pricing
 
All our prices are in Euro. Actual conversion rates you can find at http://www.oanda.com.
Prices include 7% V.A.T. for stamps, covers, books and catalogues, 16% V.A.T for other items and services.
Special regulations apply for our auction-offers at Phila-Live or E-Bay.


  Odering
 
You can use our Online Order form or simply send us an e-mail, with the Order No. of the stamps you want to purchase. Confirmation will then be sent by e-mail including a list of postage rates. All returns have to be on the original lot-cards and in original condition. Venue for both parts is Aschaffenburg/Germany. Part deliveries don´t claim cancellation of your order. The ownership of the ordered goods passes to the purchaser only after full payment - Time must be allowed for payment clearance/verification of funds, if payment is made by cheque or other means.

  Guarantee
 
We have a full money back guarantee for all lots returned within 14 days after receipt in original packing. Please send us an E-Mail in advance. We will refund the full price except postage cost.

Please note: all our auction offers, can only be returned if wrongly described or have other not mentioned faults. Collections will be sold as is.

  Order Retraction
 
Special regulations for private buyers within the E.U.: You have the right to revoke the contract of purchase without giving reasons either in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods within 14 days after recieving them and these instructions. The 14 day period does also not start before we have fulfilled our obligation of information in line with section 246 § 2 in correspondence with § 1section 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obilgations in line with § 312e section 1 sentence 1 BGB in correspondence with section 246 § 3 EGBGB. To comply with the cancellation period it is sufficient to send the revokation or to return the goods in time.

Consequences of revokation of the contract of purchase:

In the case of a lawful revokation, all obligations are to be returned and if necessary any profits made (e.g. interest) are to be surrendered. If you can not return the goods partly, completely or only in a deteriorated condition, you are obligated to compensate us accordingly. This does not apply if the deterioration is a result of testing the goods as it would have been possible in a regular store. Furthermore it is possible to avoid the obligation of compensation for deterioration of the goods by proper use, by not treating the product like your property and refrain from doing anything that would deteriorate the goods' value. Goods that can be sent as a package are to be returned at our risk. Shipping fees and costs have to be payed by you, if the delivered goods match the ones ordered and the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed EUR 40,- or if the price is higher, you have not yet fulfilled your obligation of payment fully or in part according to contract at the time of revokation. In any other circumstance we will compensate you for returning the goods. Goods that can not be sent as a package will be picked up at your premises. Obligations of payment must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you the 30 day period starts with sending the revokation or returning the goods, for us it starts with receipt of either.

  Packing, Postage, Insurance
 
All orders will be sent at minimum by registered mail, to get full insurance coverage. We only charge the exact postage rate of the German Bundespost. Insurance and Packing will be paid by Christ-Stamps.

  Warranty
 
We have a 2 year warranty on all delivered philatelic supplies for functioning. Also we guarantee that all our stamps delivered are genuine (if not otherwise described). Lots and collections will be sold as is and there is no warranty for single stamps included.
Christ-Stamps decides if the buyer receives money back, get the item repaired (for supplies) or gets an equal item.
